The biggest yacht in the world is in the works now - while the rest of the world is in a depression. So, apparently this giant yacht, the world's most expensive and large, is being designed and will soon become a reality... only for $1 billion.Good Lord, what has this world come to? It will be home to 16 people and 70 servants... or 70 wait staff... whichever politically correct term you'd like to use.
